About Us

No Mandate started with a small group of federal sub-contractor employees in the Buffalo NY area who wanted to push back against the federal COVID19 mandates and protect individual liberty. Within a matter of days, the small group grew to a community of over 700 (and we are still growing)! 

We at No Mandate believe in limited government, and we will do everything in our power to make sure that the freedoms we believe in will be here for our children and for generations to come.

Statement of Purpose:

This group exists to advocate for federal sub-contractor company employees who have made a personal decision to not take the COVID19 vaccine. We seek to protect their right to employment at the companies which chose to hire them based on merit and standing, which has only become threatened due to federal Executive Order 14042 and the associated FAR clause, released September 30, 2021.

Our Goals:

1.  To take this mandate to court so that Moog Inc. (headquartered in East Aurora, NY) and other similar federal sub-contractors aren’t forced to fire employees or limit future candidates based on the COVID-19 vaccine.

2.  In a parallel effort to #1, to call for all religious exemption requests to be upheld in accordance with the Title VII Civil Rights Act.

3.  To defend the individual liberty of United States Citizens and protect their right to making their own medical decisions. 

4.  To defend the privacy of United States Citizens, who do not wish to comply with forced disclosure of medical records and other personal identification information through vaccine passports.

5.  To defend and protect the strength of the United States national defense, which relies on private companies and sub-contractors at several tiers, and is dependent on retaining all talented and reliable citizens, regardless of their vaccination status.

6.  To advocate for the United States Congress to propose and ultimately pass a law in order to block Executive Orders which seek to mandate medical requirements of all employees in private companies.
